November has been a wonderful month of insight, self-awareness, and recognition of the magic that happens when women grow together!

November wrapped with a powerful week 4 "Alignment Monday" led by Megan, our Human Design expert, who helped us see mentorship through a deeper, more personal lens. Together, we explored how mentorship isn’t just about giving advice, it’s about understanding how we’re built, how we communicate, and how our energy interacts with the people we collaborate with.
What We Explored About Mentorship
✨ Mentorship as a Mirror and a Map:
The group shared real experiences around partnerships and mentorships - the celebrations, the challenges, and the lessons. Through those stories, a theme emerged: strong mentorship begins with self-awareness. When we know our values, our limits, and our needs, we show up with clarity instead of compromise.
✨ Human Design: Understanding How We’re Wired
We learned:
Generators thrive with guidance and clarity.
Projectors offer powerful insight but need recognition.
Manifesting Generators move fast and innovate but need freedom to experiment.
Manifestors must initiate their own path.
Reflectors absorb the room and need time to process.
This opened the door to a new understanding: mentorship works best when we honour how each person naturally operates.
It reminded us that:
Some people need time.
Some feel the answer immediately.
Some hear it in their intuition.
Some decide based on desire and commitment.
Respecting these differences makes mentorship feel supportive rather than pressuring.
✨ The Growth Hidden in Partnerships:
From business transitions to personal healing seasons, the group opened up about when partnerships feel aligned - and when they don’t. Trust, communication, and honesty were common threads.
A key insight: Mentorship and partnership both flourish when we allow ourselves to be supported instead of doing the heavy lifting alone.
Key Takeaways for November
Mentorship is rooted in self-awareness, not hierarchy.
Understanding your Human Design strengthens every connection.
Communication styles and decision-making processes differ - and that’s a strength!
Collaboration works when we honour our energy types instead of forcing ourselves into roles that don’t fit.
Growth often comes from conversations that make us feel seen, not judged.
This month truly reminded us that mentorship is not a one-way street, it’s a shared space where we learn how to rise without losing who we are.
