Q: Do I need to have a business to join?

A: No. You only need a dream, a desire, and the ambition to grow. Many women join us before their business is even an idea - they’re simply ready for their next chapter. This community supports you exactly where you are.

Q: Can I pause my membership?

A: Yes. Life happens, and if circumstances come up that require you to pause, we’ll always support that.
However, growth loves momentum - and momentum is built through consistent habits. For that reason, we encourage pausing only when absolutely necessary so you don’t lose the rhythm you’ve worked so hard to build.

Q: Is there a long-term commitment?

A: We recommend giving yourself at least one full quarter (three months) to fully immerse yourself and experience the transformation our signature sessions offer.
That said, we won’t lock you in. Your journey is your own, and we honour that.

Q: What makes Made To Grow different from other women’s communities?

A: We blend personal growth and business development - because you can’t build something sustainable if you’re not supported as a whole person.

Think of it like a really good sandwich:

The bread is your foundation - mindset, identity, emotional well-being, and clearing the blocks that hold you back.
The toppings are the community layers - support, collaboration, real connections, shared experiences, friendships, and women cheering you on.
The meaty middle is where momentum happens - clarity, strategy, actionable steps, and the accountability to follow through.

Every expert facilitator in MTG is an entrepreneur themselves, so they don’t teach from theory — they teach from lived experience. The support is real, human, and deeply rooted in connection.

Q: I'm not "expert enough" to join. Will I feel out of place?

A: No. Made To Grow is specifically designed for women at all stages - from just-starting to scaling to 6-figures. In fact, many of our most active members are early-stage entrepreneurs. You'll be surrounded by women who remember what it felt like to be where you are now.

Q: How much time do I need to commit?

A: Each of our sessions are held one a week on Monday for 90 minutes. If you can't make a session, you have the option to watch the recording at your leisure.

Q: Do you offer business services?

A: Yes! We’re currently building a trusted network of industry-specific freelance experts who can support you at every stage of your business journey - from idea to growth to scaling.
Whether you need branding, marketing, bookkeeping, tech help, or strategic guidance, you’ll be able to tap into vetted professionals who understand entrepreneurship and are aligned with our values of collaboration, integrity, and community-first support.

Q: What if I’m shy, introverted, or new to networking?

A: Then you’re in the right place! Our signature programs like Small Talks remove the awkwardness of traditional networking by giving you guided prompts, intentional time, and the safety of small-group or 1:1 conversation. We help you show up as yourself, not who you think you should be.

Q: What if I can’t attend every session?

A: No problem. Our membership is designed knowing you’re busy. Attend what you can, when you can - every session stands alone and still adds value. Momentum comes from consistency over time, not perfection. Sessions are recorded, which you will have access to as a member.

Q: Is this community only for seasoned entrepreneurs?

A: Not at all. We have women who are brand new, women exploring ideas, and women who have been in business for decades. MTG brings them together beautifully because everyone has something to offer and something to learn.

Q: Are sessions recorded?

A: Yes, most virtual sessions are recorded and available for replay (except for certain discussions that require privacy). You’ll never feel like you “missed out.”

Q: Can I collaborate with other members?

A: Absolutely. Collaboration is one of our core values. Many members create partnerships, co-hosted events, shared promotions, and referral relationships through MTG. You’ll have opportunities to connect with women who truly want to see you win.

Q: I'm in Kelowna. Is there an in-person option?

A: Yes! Tier 2 members get unlimited access to our in-person Small Talks in Kelowna but there is also a drop in option.

Q: What if I join and realize it's not for me?

A: You have 30 days to try it out. If it's not a fit, we'll refund your membership in full.
