Made To Grow is a mentorship and community space for women navigating business and personal growth. We provide a supportive environment to start, scale, or reimagine your journey, surrounded by others who get it, live it, and grow through it too.
How It Started
March 2020: We hosted our first sold-out event with 150 women in attendance. The energy was amazing, the speakers inspiring and we all walked away feeling empowered, excited, and connected!
Two weeks later, the world shut down. This was nothing anyone was prepared for. We all needed support.
We quickly pivoted to virtual community meetings, so women had a place to discus their concerns, brainstorm and support one another. This eventually turned into a growing membership-based community. In those early days, we felt like we were chasing the cart - building as we went while also running our own businesses. Over the last five years, we refined our structure, developed programs, and built something truly impactful and sustainable.
Today, Made To Grow is more than just virtual meetings and networking - it’s a movement where women collaborate, uplift, and grow together.
Growing The Vision
Made To Grow is expanding its reach across Canada with a simple but powerful intention: to create spaces where every woman feels she belongs. Our vision goes beyond business growth - it’s about building communities where women from all backgrounds, identities, and stages of entrepreneurship feel safe to show up honestly, ask questions, be seen, and be supported.
Our membership and programs are designed to offer connection, practical resources, and meaningful conversations that spark confidence, clarity, and collaboration. As we grow, we’re committed to doing the work, not just saying the words - so our community reflects the diversity, experiences, and voices of the women we serve.
